Paper Submission
Submission Guideline
Only the initial submission is required. Manuscript submission is via Google Form. Please read and follow the specific instructions provided on the Google Form carefully, as it contains detailed requirements for the submission process that are not fully covered here. A Google account is required to upload your manuscript. You may submit multiple papers from the same account. In the event that multiple submissions are made for the same paper title (e.g., due to revisions), the committee will consider only the latest submission based on the timestamp as the final version. A signed copyright transfer form must be uploaded simultaneously. Templates are available in Word and LaTeX formats.

Review Process and Proceedings Publication
The review process is a single-blind peer review. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings. Please note that there is no separate camera-ready submission phase; the accepted manuscript will be published exactly as it was submitted. No revisions will be allowed after acceptance. Accepted papers will also be made available on IEICE Proceedings Series after the conference. If a paper is not presented at the conference, the paper will be excluded from IEICE Proceedings Series, unless otherwise decided by the ESSS 2026 Committee. The exceptions will be decided by ESSS 2026 committee. The date of issue for the ESSS 2026 Proceedings will be approximately 1 week before the symposium opens. Please take this into consideration if you are planning to apply for a patent.
