Poster Session

For authors who wish to present their work in the poster session of ESSS2026, we invite submissions on all aspects of electronics, information and communication engineering, including but not limited to:

We highly encourage submissions from authors who are not presenting in the regular sessions.

Schedule

Submission Deadline: September 14, 2026 (AoE)
Acceptance Notification: September 18, 2026 (AoE)

As the screening process will be conducted on a rolling basis from September onwards, authors who submit early will be notified of their results accordingly.

Important Notices

  • Please note that the number of available poster slots is limited. Submissions will be closed once we reach the maximum capacity, even if it is prior to the deadline.
  • The program committee will screen and approve submissions based on the relevance and timeliness of the results.
  • Poster abstracts will not appear in the official proceedings.
  • All poster presenters are required to present in person at the venue in Okinawa.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Detailed instructions, including poster dimensions, will be provided after the acceptance notification. The poster session is scheduled to take place before noon on Sunday, November 1. (single time slot).

Poster Session Registration Policy

The presenter of each accepted poster must complete their registration (under any registration category) no later than October 14, 2026. Please note that one registration covers only one poster. Because all posters will be presented concurrently in a single session, each poster must be presented by a different registered presenter. Failure to complete the registration and payment by the deadline will result in the poster being removed from the final program. Full details are available on the registration page.
